Floating solar structures
Sungrow Floating PV
At LM8 Solar, we now offer floating structures from Sungrow Floating PV, the company specialising in photovoltaic solutions on water.
With Sungrow, your project benefits from a complete photovoltaic solution: inverters, batteries, mounting structures and solar panels, backed by the confidence of a trusted name in the solar industry.
Discover the TS30 and TS30M models for projects on reservoirs, quarry lakes and industrial ponds.

Why choose Sungrow floating structures for your solar installation?
Floating photovoltaics use water surfaces to generate solar energy, reducing the need to occupy land.
Sungrow Floating PV solutions combine food-grade HDPE floats with a metal substructure. The configuration is adapted to site conditions and the selected module.
Both models offer tilt angles from 5° to 15°, compatibility with modules up to 2500 × 1350 mm and walkways at least 450 mm wide to facilitate maintenance.
Sungrow TS30 floating structure: easy installation and maintenance
The SGF-TS30 (S-N) is designed for installations with a south–north orientation. The system combines two types of floats, one type of plastic fastener, a metal rod and supports.
Its design simplifies installation and provides access for operation and maintenance.

Tilt angles from 5° to 15°, with custom design options.

Snow loads from 0.25 to 1.65 kN/m², depending on configuration.

Design wind speeds from 180 to 260 km/h, according to the datasheet.

Walkways at least 450 mm wide and 20.6% water coverage.

Sungrow TS30M floating structure: modular design and efficient assembly
The SGF-TS30M features an integrated support that reduces installation points and facilitates cabling. Its modular design simplifies cleaning, dismantling and module assembly.
Key features of the TS30M

South–north or east–west orientation for greater design flexibility.

Tilt angles from 5° to 15°, with custom design options.

Snow loads from 0.32 to 1.9 kN/m², depending on configuration.

Design wind speeds from 200 to 260 km/h, according to the datasheet.

8 modules per qualified worker per hour, according to the manufacturer.
