SolBank

The Solbank is Canadian Solar's large-scale battery energy accumulation solution based on 280Ah cells and liquid cooling. It is a container whose storage capacity can range between 1.3MWh and 4.8MWh, and it is also possible to install a large number of equipment in the same installation through AC coupling. This allows the end user to accumulate their energy surplus to arbitrate with the electrical grid, perform peak-shaving functions, reduce the cost of their electricity bill or hybridize wind installations.
